Step 3: Franchise Disclosure Document
Once we have received your completed Franchise Qualification Questionnaire and we have both agreed to move forward with the mutual evaluation, we will then provide you a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD is a lengthy legal document required by federal and state regulators to be offered to prospects during your investigation of the franchise. If this is your first time reviewing an FDD it may seem complicated. Don’t worry. We are here to walk you through the entire document and answer any questions you may have about the contents of the FDD.
