Richard Weatherman: Chief Executive Officer

Richard Weatherman is truly the definition of a man of all trades and seasons. Harnessed with his unbridled passion and energy for helping others, Richard has been the visionary and leader of® and Advantage Plus Franchisor, Inc. From the founding in 2006 (dba Advantage Plus Agency, Inc.) and evolution into becoming a franchisor and leader in the private duty in home care sector. Richard has been at the forefront of taking traditional in home care services to higher standards with a technical and operationally efficient business model. Richard’s industry savvy and “eye” for attracting those of the same spirit in driving and focusing on business success has helped create an outstanding executive management team in every area including Operations, IT, Sales Marketing and Support. While first starting operations in Canoga Park, CA with Advantage Plus Agency followed by Advantage Plus Medical Supplies in 2010 Richard has driven the initial single office into 4 more offices in California, Nevada and Washington. Richard has authored the "Elder Home Care Guide" to inform and prepare those in need of assistance in caring for loved ones at home. In the same spirit Richard founded the 501©3 public charity "" that operates as a centralized senior service organization that is designed to help many seniors in finding the resources, tools and support for senior care. A second chapter of the Senior Specialist Group (a component of the foundation) is under way in Las Vegas, NV due to strength and the support Richard has garnered for the charter organization in Canoga Park, CA. Richard, with the support of his wife Cindy Park-Weatherman, give much of their personal time and assets for the benefit of others that could not otherwise do so. This is done in the essence of other great individuals and couples where money and wealth is not the only definition of success. Richard is truly "All about the Care".

W. Luciano Holland: Chief Operating Officer

W. Luciano "Luc" Holland is a retired, disabled US Army veteran, graduate of the US Army Academy of Health Sciences in Patient Administration and Operations, Wayland Baptist University alumnus in Western Civilization, Psychology and Religious Theology and Six Sigma certified from Villanova University. As President of Zen Medical Technologies Luc formed, executed and operated from the ground up one of Southern Nevada’s leading thought leadership companies within healthcare communications. Also while with Zen Medical Technologies he created and authored the healthcare communication methodology TRACS® (Tracking, Rapid adoption, Accountability, Compliance and Security) that vastly improved the software development operational checks and balances of application design in the healthcare communication realm. As an executive Patient Administrator for Catholic Healthcare West, United Healthcare and Innovative Healthcare, Luc was at the forefront of creating superior customer oriented resources and record efficiencies while also adopting and enhancing IT assets and infrastructure. His roles with Cox Communication’s, Mpower Communications and Seaena Corporation drove industry leading sales operations and base management that provide a superior level of leadership and an objectives based environment creating a solid path of success. He also is on the board for several charities, veterans programs and senior organizations such as Senior Spotlight, Life After Active Duty (LAAD), Las Vegas HEALS and the Warrior Foundation. As Chief Operating Officer of® and Advantage Plus Franchisor, Inc. Luciano has combined all of his core competencies and expertise and has become a driving force behind the success and operations of both the brand and the corporation.

Beth Benson: Director of Franchise Operations & Support

Beth Benson has a passion for helping people start their own businesses. With 12+ years of franchising experience, she has helped many realize their career and personal goals through franchise ownership. Beth got her start in the franchising industry with Grease Monkey International as Director of Franchise Sales, where she was responsible for over 60 franchise sales at the $1 million- plus level of investment.She then worked as Senior Development Consultant for Franchise Dynamics, a full-service franchise sales outsourcing firm. Beth has since served as Director of Franchise Sales for Monkey Bizness Franchising, an indoor children’s play area, and Marshall Face2Face, a proactive lead generation franchise. In addition, she has an extensive commercial real estate, site selection, construction and commercial finance background. After receiving a BSBA in Management and minor in Marketing at the University of Denver, Beth started her business career in the non-profit sector, raising over $3 million for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Beth’s drive, experience and knowledge of the franchising industry is one of®’s strongest assets.
